Standard Shipping is 5/7 business days (M-F, non-holidays) for delivery after the time of purchase, when in stock. May arrive faster depending on distance of transit from our warehouse in MD. (subject to change with USPS delays).

 

FAQs

Q. How do I know if my item is a Pre- Order?

A. Pre- Order status will be shown when you go to make add the item to the cart.

 

Q. How long do I have to wait for a Pre- Order?

A. If your order indicates "Pre- Order" status it may be subject to an additional 2 weeks processing time for inventory replenishment. We caution you to purchase a Pre-Order at your own risk, as we will not refund orders due to length of delivery time.

 

Q. My order says it was delivered but I didn't receive it?

A. Please contact your local post office. The United States Postal Service is responsible for delivering orders and updating the tracking information once we drop the items off to them. If they are unable to help you please contact us via email sales@bitchdrink.com for additional support. Please note that we have seen many instances of  USPS updating tracking info to "delivered" prior to actually delivering the order. In this case we have typically seen items arrive within 3-5 days. Please note that missing orders with "delivered" status must be acknowledged within 30 days of the shipment delivery date.

 

Q. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

A. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address. We do not alter addresses unless requested. If you reach out to us before your order has been shipped we will correct your shipping address. However, packages delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender for an insufficient address will be subject to an additional shipping fee to re-send.
